Dr. Matusow's pursuit of excellence is also mirrored by his staff. He always strives to offer the best GI/Hepatology care in not just this county but in the entire South Jersey area. He also has the desire to offer the latest technology available in the GI specialty so that allows him to elevate his standard of care. He takes pride in being able to perform endoscopic procedures safely and using the best technique to make the endoscopic experience a more pleasant experience.
Communication with our patients and the refering physicians is viewed as a priority here at GGSJ. Test results are reviewed the day we receive them by Dr. Matusow, resulting in a call back to our patient. We also forward the results and our comments to the referring physician that day. We ensure that the pathology consultants used in reviewing our endoscopic sampling/biopsies performed are above that of the typical pathologist. We treat our patients as we expect to be treated ourselves.
Practicing cost-conservative medicine without allowing for compromise in the level of care is also a priority. We understand that stressors in people's life, to include financial constraints.
